How does the Priority Destinations Program work?
Earn Priority Miles for everyday purchases on your Priority Destinations Mastercard®. Once you accumulate enough Priority Miles, you can redeem them for your choice of airline travel, hotel accommodations, cruises, car rentals, gift certificates, and cash rewards! Use your card for all of your purchases and watch your Priority Miles add up! ↑

How does my Priority Destinations credit card earn Priority Miles?
Priority Destinations World Elite cardholders will receive 5x Priority Miles per $1 spent for the first $6,000 in travel purchases in a calendar year, and 2x Priority Miles on all other travel purchases thereafter; 2x Priority Miles per $1 spent on qualifying everyday purchases (gas, grocery, cable TV, phone and other monthly utilities); and 1x Priority Mile per $1 spent on other qualifying purchases. Priority Destinations World cardholders will receive 3x Priority Miles per $1 spent for the first $6,000 in travel purchases in a calendar year, and 1.5x Priority Miles on all other travel purchases thereafter; 1.5x Priority Miles per $1 spent on qualifying everyday purchases (gas, grocery, cable TV, phone and other monthly utilities); and 1x Priority Mile per $1 spent on other qualifying purchases. Priority Destinations World Elite Business cardholders will receive 2x Priority Miles per $1 spent on purchases up to $50,000 per anniversary year, and 1x Priority Mile per $1 spent on all subsequent purchases. ↑

Yes! The new Priority Destinations site is designed to accommodate the smaller screen sizes of mobile phones and tablets. Data charges from your carrier may apply if you are using the site while connected to a mobile network. ↑

Do my Priority Miles expire?
Each time you use your Priority Destinations Mastercard® to make purchases or redeem your Priority Miles, your Priority Miles expiration date is extended 24 months from the time of that transaction. ↑

Will I get a monthly account statement?
You will be emailed a monthly miles balance if you have registered at fhbdestinations.com. Also, you can login at fhbdestinations.com and see your Priority Miles earnings, redemptions, and current balance.↑

Can I transfer/gift Priority Miles to another account?
Yes. Priority Miles can be transferred to another Priority Destinations account in good standing. You will need the account number and last name of the cardholder. This can be done by calling the appropriate Redemption Center number below. Transferred Priority Miles are set to the expiration date of the destination account. Also, they do not count as activity for the source or destination accounts. Transferred Priority Miles appear immediately after the transaction is completed.

Can I transfer miles/points between my Priority Destinations and Priority Rewards accounts?
Unfortunately, transfers (gifting) can only be done between accounts belonging to the same program. ↑

I'm a joint cardholder on the credit card account. Can I also redeem Priority Miles?
If you have a Priority Destinations personal credit card, either the primary or joint cardholder may redeem the account's combined Priority Miles. If you have a Priority Destinations business credit card, only the company's program administrator may redeem accumulated Priority Miles. Individual Priority Destinations business credit cardholders who are not the company's program administrator cannot redeem Priority Miles. ↑

Credit card accounts must be open and in good standing to redeem or transfer Priority Miles. ↑

How do airline redemptions for the Priority Miles Program work?
Log in to your account on fhbdestinations.com, click Online Travel on the left, then search and select your flight and proceed to checkout. You can also redeem your Priority Miles for air travel by calling our Priority Destinations Redemption Center at 877-668-4662 (Priority Destinations World) or 877-676-5171 (Priority Destinations World Elite - Consumer and Business). There are no blackout periods but tickets are limited to availability - as long as a seat is available and you have enough Priority Miles, you may redeem them for a ticket. ↑

Can I upgrade my airline ticket to Business Class or First Class?
For the majority of our airline rewards, you can redeem your Priority Miles for any class of service. But, you may not upgrade your ticket using Priority Miles once your transaction has been completed. The airline may be contacted for questions on upgrades once tickets are booked. ↑

Can I receive airline frequent flyer miles for airline tickets using Priority Destinations Priority Miles?
Yes. To receive airline miles for flying, you should provide your airline frequent flyer number when booking online through this website, or provide your frequent flyer number to the agent at the Redemption Center over the phone when you redeem your Priority Miles. You must work directly with the airline in question if you forget to provide your frequent flyer number or in cases of any discrepancies. ↑

Can I combine my Priority Destinations Priority Miles and my frequent flyer miles for free airline tickets?
No, our Priority Destinations Program is unique to First Hawaiian Bank and you can only redeem your Priority Destinations Priority Miles for rewards on our website. If you have airline miles, you must work directly with the airline in question if you forget to provide your frequent flyer number, or in cases of any discrepancies. ↑

Can I keep my Priority Miles if I close my account?
No. You will lose all of your Priority Miles if your account is closed. You may, however, gift or transfer your Priority Miles to another Priority Destinations account before closing your account. ↑
